YUM, going to make for this weekend's camping trip!
ReplyDeleteLooks delicious and easy!
ReplyDeleteThink Greek dressing would be yummy with this!
ReplyDeleteI use portobello mushroom tortellini instead of the cheese tortellini and I use cole slaw dressing instead of caesar.
ReplyDeleteI'm using beefsteak tomatoes because that's what I have on hand at the moment. Do the cherry tomatoes make a big difference?
ReplyDeleteI used beef steaks also. Thought it was amazing
DeleteUsed both
ReplyDeleteUse turkey pepperoni to cut down on the fat calories...-.
ReplyDeleteWould like to be able to pin but don't see that option.
ReplyDeleteMade this today for lunch. I added a few things to pump up the volume with out adding many calories. I used Lite dressing (Ken's) that was really good. I added 15 black olives, and half of a large cucumber. I REALLY liked this. I was also lucky to find MINI pepperoni! How cute is that?? Plus then I didn't have to cut them. This is going into my rotation and also my 6 yo's lunch tomorrow. Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteI made this last night and it was DELICIOUS !! Thanks for the recipe.
ReplyDeleteI made this exactly according to the recipe. It was delicious and easy. Tastes like a caprese salad but much mor filling. The only thing I did different was cooled the cooked pasta in the fridge for 15 minutes before adding all the ingredients because I was afraid the cubed cheese would melt. Will make this again.
ReplyDeleteThe recipe calls to drain the pasta and rinse under cold water. That cools it off. :)
DeleteHow many servings does this recipe does this make?
