Pineapple-Cream Cheese Ball
2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
¼ cup each: finely
chopped bell pepper , onion and green onion
2 cups chopped pecans, divided
1 tablespoon seasoned salt
Stir cream cheese with a fork until creamy then add
remaining ingredients, except 1 cup
pecans. Mix well and form into a
ball. Cover with wrap and refrigerate at
least 8 hours or overnight and roll in remain pecans. Delicious served with Ritz crackers.
