Crazy, Good Baked Pork Chops
4 bone-in pork chops (1/2” thick)
Olive oil
Salt, pepper, garlic powder & onion powder
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 tablespoons ketchup
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Sliced onions
Season the pork chops on both sides and brown in a skillet just for about 1 minute on each
side. Transfer pork chops to a 13x9x2
baking dish. Mix soup, ketchup and
Worcestershire sauce together and pour over pork chops. Top pork chops with sliced onions and bake
covered at 350 for 40 minutes. Remove
foil and bake another 10 minutes or until chops are done. Delicious served with green beans and a sweet
potato J

ReplyDeleteMy family's new favorite dish! I just added fresh sliced mushroom to add more flavor and texture. So good on top of steam rice. I also shared this recipe to my friends and they all loved it!
