PUMPKIN POUND CAKE
1 box yellow cake mix
1 small box instant butterscotch pudding
¼ cup vegetable oil
¼ water
1 can pumpkin
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
4 eggs
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and beat on medium
speed with a mixer for 6 minutes. Pour
into a greased Bundt pan, and bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until center comes
out clean. Cool for 10 to 15 minutes before removing
from the Bundt pan. Delicious served
with whipped cream or ice cream J Enjoy!
