BBQ- Stuffed Jalapeno Peppers
8 Jalapenos, halved and seeded
3 ounces cream cheese
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste
¼ cup green onion, chopped
16 pieces pre-cooked bacon
BBQ sauce (I use Sweet Baby Ray’s)

Slice Jalapenos lengthwise (wear gloves!) Scrape seeds out with a small spoon, wash and
pat dry. In a bowl, combine cheeses,
sour cream, onion, salt and pepper and green onions. Next,
stuff each pepper with a teaspoon
amount of cheese mixture. Wrap
each pepper stuffed with cheese mixture with a piece of bacon. Brush each pepper with BBQ sauce and bake at
350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until bacon is crisp and cheese is bubbly.
